Hosted by Sake Sommelier – Carmen Chan, and presenting the award-winning sake products of top importer Metropolitan Wines & Sakes, this multi-course pairing night will feature seasonal & elegant dishes from Kiu’s talented chefs matched with rare & beautiful sake from various regions in Japan. You will learn about different styles of sakes as well as lessons in food pairings.
Cocktail reception at 6:30pm in the VIP Room followed by Dinner at 7:00pm.
