Cloudy light amber colour with persistent head; aromas of yeast/dough, citrus. spice, coriander and fresh fruit, with notes of herb, earth and melon; off-dry, with good carbonation, tart sour palate, flavors of citrus, orange, spice, tropical fruit, dough and pepper, with herb, coriander and clove tones on the finish.

Serve with seafood dishes and Japanese inspired menus, such tempura, sushi or sashimi.
