Tatenokawa 50 Nakadori Junmai Daiginjo
“Nakadori 中取り” is the best portion of sake when it is pressed from Moromi. This sake used Yamagata’s original Dewasansan rice, and polished to 50%. Has a light, sweet, overall round flavor with balanced acidity and a pleasantly lingering after taste.
