One night only, we took over the entire Toshi Ryoriten and paired 7 premium sakes with 9 courses menu using seasonal ingredients! The premium sake line up from Metropolitan Wine & Sake was elegant & delicious 😋They worked beautifully with the Japanese dishes we offered!

Our second Sake Pairing Dinner – 《Spring Equinox》was a huge success at Lai Wah Heen on March 21, 2017. Not only we had a chance to collaborate with 《Canada’s Best 100 Restaurant》, we had a sold out crowd of 70+ guests.
Everyone enjoyed the night with the wonderful pairing selected by That’s Life Gourmet and Sake Kurabu. The key message was Chinese food can go extremely well with Sake! See you all on our next event at Toshi Ryoriten on April 3!
Impressive turnout at our 1st ever Sake pairing event! With over 50 guests tasting gourmet Cantonese cuisine, many were surprise how well Sake can pair with Chinese food. Look at our wonderful dishes served with premium Sake! Everyone enjoyed the night and we finished over 50 bottles of various sizes! We look forward for a great Sake season in 2017 with a lot more events coming, please share & support!
