One night only, we took over the entire Toshi Ryoriten and paired 7 premium sakes with 9 courses menu using seasonal ingredients! The premium sake line up from Metropolitan Wine & Sake was elegant & delicious 😋They worked beautifully with the Japanese dishes we offered!
