TENGUMAI YAMAHAI JIKOMI JUNMAI

The name “Tengumai” means “dance of the Raven Gods” and it is said that the Tengu started to dance when they drank this sake. This is regarded almost as a synonym for the best Junmai type sake made using the Yamahai-jikomi method in Japan.  It is a distinct purely-rice sake with a good balance of typically traditional full flavor and acidity. The golden color of this sake delights the eye as well.

Flagship of Tengumai and a masterpiece of Yamahai brewing method that won a Gold Medal at the London International Wine Challenge 2011.
